Artwork

Are the frames included?

We offer both framed and unframed photographs.

We also provide bespoke solutions for collectors and interior designers to meet their specific needs.

Can I frame the prints myself?

Yes, we offer unframed prints so you can customize the look and feel of your final piece. Just select “Unframed” when adding the artwork to your basket.

How do I hang the artwork?

Easily, securely, and right out of the box! We deliver every piece with a pre-installed, professional wall-mount.

Are your prints glossy or matte in finish?

We usually print on Hahnemuhle 200gsm Fine Art paper, unless otherwise specified in the product page. Regardless of the kind of paper, they all have a matte finish.

Is the color going to be the same as what I'm seeing on my monitor?

Colors can differ slightly from those seen on your screen, depending on the configuration. ICC profiles are used for printing to ensure high color accuracy.

 

Orders

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Please expect your item to arrive within 10 days after placing your order. Every product sold by Paloma Works is “made to order,” specifically manufactured for you.

Since we only use Hahnemuhle Fine Art paper, sometimes our printing partners might have to order it for us. After the artwork is printed, we take it to our local framing artisans, who handle every piece with special care.

How do you ship packages?

All prints are dispatched in our personalized packaging for maximum protection during delivery. We put as much care into packaging as we do with printing and framing to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Do you ship international orders?

We ship (almost) worldwide! If your country is not on the list of available shipping locations at checkout, send us an email, and we’ll try to sort it out for you. We partner with reliable express couriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx. All artworks are shipped with a tracking number.

Do you accept returns?

Each photograph is printed and framed just for you. This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.

If, for any reason, your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please let us know, and we will repair or replace the piece!

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to ciao@paloma-gallery.com so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.
